How to prepare white rice with carrots

Rice dishes are one of the most famous dishes in the Arab world and the world in general and in the Gulf and the Levant in particular, and there are many different and varied forms for making rice, and here are some recipes for making rice with carrots.

 Steam rice Ingredients 1 kg of long grain rice. Chicken cut into four pieces, or according to the number of family members. Two tablespoons of obesity. A tablespoon of salt. A teaspoon of black pepper. A tablespoon of mixed spices. Five carrots. A quarter cup of tomato yogurt. A cube of chicken broth. Eight cloves of garlic, chopped. Five tomatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes. Onion, cut into four pieces. Three sticks of cinnamon. Two leaves of laurel. Five cardamom pods. Fried almonds for garnish. 

Method of preparation 

Clean the chicken well with water, salt and vinegar, then wash it with water and drain after that. Put a little bit of ghee in a saucepan on the stove, then put a little cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods, bay leaves, and chopped onion head in it, and mix them together, then put chicken pieces on them and continue stirring. Add hot water to the saucepan and leave it on the stove until the chicken is tender. Half the chicken broth, put the chicken pieces in a tray, put salt and black pepper on it, brush it with a little tomato paste and oil, and leave it aside until the chicken absorbs the mixture until the rice is made. Put a little ghee in another saucepan, chopped garlic, on top of the stock cube, stir the ingredients, and add salt. Peel the carrots, wash them, grate them with a grater, and add them to the saucepan, then put tomatoes and sliced ​​tomatoes on it, and continue stirring, and put the mixed spices and black pepper. Then we put the washed rice and stir it a little, and put the chicken broth on top of it so that the rice is covered. 

Cover the pot and leave it on a high heat until the chicken broth dries a little from the rice, then cover the saucepan and leave it on a low heat for an hour to a quarter, then turn off the heat from under the pot, and move it slightly with a fork. Heat the ghee and put it on the rice, and leave it covered for five minutes. Put the rice in a serving dish and garnish with the fried almonds. 

We put the chicken tray in the oven and fry it for ten minutes, and serve it next to the rice dish with carrots, yogurt and salad. Rice with carrots and peas ingredients 1 kilogram of long grain rice. Three carrots, peeled and cut into small cubes. Half an envelope of peas. A tablespoon of salt. A tablespoon of mixed spices. A teaspoon of black pepper. A cube of chicken broth. Four tablespoons of vegetable oil. 1 large onion, finely chopped. Fried almonds and pine nuts for garnishing. 

Method of preparation 

Wash the rice well several times and soak it for ten minutes in warm water. Put the oil in a pot on the stove, and on top of it is the broth cube, chopped onions, chopped carrots and peas. Continue stirring, then add the mixed spices, black pepper, and salt, and mix them together until the carrots and peas are wilted. Put the rice, stir it, and add hot water to it until it is covered and above it by one centimeter .. Cover the pot and leave it on a high heat for five minutes, then reduce the heat under it and leave it on a low heat for a third of an hour until the rice is tender. Put the rice in a serving dish and decorate it with the fried almonds.
